Tarteeb: Arabic Agency Management, Tasks & AI Agents

A practical guide to connecting agency clients, projects, tasks and invoices in Tarteeb, with approved AI actions and clear operating metrics.

Tarteeb is an agency management platform that links every task to its project, client, and invoice, so the team knows who is working on what, what is overdue, and what is still owed. Tasks run as a table, board, calendar, or timeline, and invoices are issued as Arabic PDFs in the agency’s branding. Thirteen single-purpose AI agents sort new work, guard deadlines, flag project risks, draft status reports, and prepare payment reminders. Each agent either suggests and waits for approval or takes safe steps on its own; every step is logged under its name, and admins can undo its changes within 14 days.

  • Right-to-left Arabic interface with an English version

FIELD GUIDE / AZION LABS

Run an agency from the client brief to collection

Agency management works best when delivery and money remain connected. Tarteeb is an Arabic-first web workspace for client relationships, project execution and invoicing, supported by 13 specialised AI agents. The goal of this guide is a reviewable operating process: clear ownership, explicit approval and fewer ambiguous handovers.

Make the brief an operating agreement

Before assigning tasks, record the deliverable, reviewer, acceptance conditions and agreed dates. Separate “work completed” from “client approved”: a design can be finished internally while still awaiting feedback. A shared definition of each state prevents the project board and invoice discussion from telling different stories.

Tarteeb links clients, projects, tasks and invoices. Use that relationship deliberately: keep the client context on the client record, delivery instructions on the project, and one accountable person on each task. When scope changes, update the agreement before silently adding another round of work.

Give agents a defined job and review boundary

A useful first agent task is narrow: identify unassigned work or draft a project update. Review the suggestion against the actual brief before expanding its role. Tarteeb describes per-agent approval modes, a named action log and a 14-day administrator undo window. Closing or reassigning tasks still requires approval; agents do not contact clients or alter financial records.

Review exceptions as well as successful actions. Repeatedly rejecting the same suggestion usually indicates missing context or an unclear rule. Fix the input or instruction, then observe a small batch again. Treat automation as an operating responsibility with an owner, not an unattended setting.

Review delivery and collection together

At the weekly review, compare upcoming commitments with available people, then inspect invoices linked to those commitments. A busy team is not necessarily a profitable team, and an issued invoice is not collected cash. Confirm the work accepted, the amount billed and the payment recorded separately. Keep customer reminders as reviewed communications with an agreed sender.

Metrics explained

On-time completion
Tasks completed by their agreed due date ÷ tasks due in the period × 100. Preserve date changes for fair interpretation.
Work in progress
Started tasks that are not complete. Review by owner and status; task count alone does not measure effort.
Overdue receivables
Unpaid invoice balances past their due date, grouped by age. Exclude draft invoices and account for recorded credits.
Approval turnaround
Elapsed time from a review request to its recorded decision. Separate internal review from client review.

Data & charts

How to read these figures

Every chart identifies its period, unit, and source. Published market data describes its stated market; product inventories describe features or catalog entries. Neither is a measurement of customer results.

Questions, answered

Which Tarteeb product does this page describe?

The agency-management web platform at tarteeb.ai, covering client work, projects, tasks and invoicing.

Does recording payment move money?

The product’s walkthrough describes payment recording as documentation, not payment processing or bank confirmation. Verify receipt independently before recording it.

Can we keep a human review step?

Yes. Start agents in a suggestion-and-approval mode and assign a reviewer. Review their action history alongside project exceptions.

How should we choose a plan?

Count team members, active projects and storage needs first. Check the current plan page for included reporting, automation and limits before committing.
